Direct access to hiking and skiing trails.

The hotel is quite remote, made our arrival frustrating. Transport options were limited, and dragging our luggage along the gravel road was cumbersome. The on-site manager's attitude left much to be desired.

Peaceful location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed. The rooms were large, especially those with excellent amenities. The staff was wonderful and around most of the time...

thoroughly enjoyed my great stay in winter time. they gave me apartment with excellent amenities. the location turned out to be quiet and magnificent.

Difficult access on foot!!! The steep incline is a nightmare for anyone carrying luggage or traveling with small children. The unclear arrival process adds unnecessary stress to your trip!!!

Fine views of the Matterhorn from the balcony made our stay special. The steep path made arrival challenging with luggage.

It was just an optimal selection for a little getaway in Zermatt with great value-to-price ratio. The views were fine, especially while sipping coffee on the balcony as the sunrise hit the Matterhorn. Make sure to pack light or be ready for a steep walk back from the town.

view amazing but room needs improvement

The view of the Matterhorn from my balcony was amazing it added a magical touch to my stay. My studio was clean and modern well equipped for a comfortable experience. The pool and jacuzzi were refreshing after hiking all day.

The room was spacious but some amenities were underwhelming.

The legendar zermatt aparthotel is a fantastic spot! The location is close to the center. I loved how the manager does laundry in just a couple of hours. The view from my apartment was fine too!

Absolutely loved the pool after our mountain hikes! The beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our balcony felt like a dream. Just be aware of the steep path if bringing luggage.

The views from the balcony of the Matterhorn were lovely, especially during sunrise. An excellent feature was the outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying dinner with the amazing scenery. The steep path to the hotel made it a challenge to navigate with luggage, but the scenic train ride was a good alternative. While the pool provided a refreshing way to unwind after mountain hikes, the amenities in the room could use some updates.

great views but some challenges with access

The Matterhorn view from my apartment was lovely. The kitchenette was well-stocked. I especially appreciated the outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying coffee while taking in the fine mountain view. A beautiful garden view from the terrace added an extra touch to my experience.

The steep path from the town to the hotel can be quite strenuous, especially when carrying luggage.

The manager does laundry quickly, super helpful . steep path made lugging bags difficult.

The place was conveniently located near Gonagrat with stunning views, and my room was equipped with all the essentials like central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a coffeemaker.
